daily. We stock a range of popular cat foods. We reserve the right to refuse
to handle and exercise any dog that displays unacceptable behaviour that
compromises the safety of the kennel staff.

to share. Discounted rates will apply. Please ask for a quotation
Peak Season Bookings
We are always very busy during school holidays and we recommend that you book
in good time, as all our kennels with runs become fully booked weeks in
advance. Once these are all booked, we have only a few kennels without runs,
which can be booked at a reduced price. We are happy to make changes to your
booking, subject to availability, prior to your arrival day; however once you
have arrived you will be charged for the period that has been booked. Please
be advised that there is no refund or credit for early collection.
Late Collection
If you are delayed on your return, please collect
during opening hours only. An additional charge may be incurred for late collection.
A phone call to inform us is always welcome.
Pet Health
Please tell us on arrival any health details that we
need to know. This will include any prescribed medication. Please clearly
label any medication with the name and dosage.
Insurance
All cats and dogs are insured whilst boarded through Brooks Braithwaite
(Sussex) Ltd. for a maximum of £700 per animal.
Vaccinations
All dogs and cats MUST be fully vaccinated and up to date prior to boarding.
Proof of vaccination must be presented on arrival. Dogs must have current
vaccinations for distemper, infectious hepatitis, leptospirosis
and parvo virus. Vaccination for bordetella bronchitis (kennel cough) is highly
recommended, and will be a compulsory requirement from January 2008 Cats must
have current vaccinations for feline enteritis and cat flu. Vaccination for
feline leukaemia is recommended but not compulsory.
Kennel Cough (Bordetella
bronchitis)
Kennel cough is caused by an air-borne virus and has an incubation period of
7 to 10 days. It is therefore impossible for us to detect dogs who may be incubating kennel cough as they arrive at the
kennels. The best protection is the kennel cough vaccine, and from January
2008 we will require all dogs to be vaccinated for Kennel Cough.
Flea Control
We strongly recommend that both dogs and cats
receive regular preventative treatment for flea control and that this
treatment covers any period of boarding.
